SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

All Items are sent within 1-3 business days of placing the order. We ship EXPRESS via Australia Post and include insurance and tracking on all orders. Domestic packages typically arrive within 3  business days, and International shipping orders within 7 -14 business days. Please allow up to 21-28 days and check tracking details before declaring package 'undelivered'.

Custom Orders

Most custom orders are fulfilled within 12 weeks. Please send an email to get your unique timeframe.

Returns

All our items carry a 3 month warranty on materials and workmanship but do not cover unduly wear and tear.

We do not accept returns of 'sale' items or custom orders for change of mind, however if they are damaged on receipt we will repair or replace them at our discretion. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any of our products.
